Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and make sense of what’s happening inside. My approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and guided by attachment theory and trauma-informed care. Together, we’ll explore the different parts of you — the ones that protect, the ones that carry pain, and the ones that long for peace — with curiosity and compassion.
Because healing isn’t just a mental process, I also integrate somatic and polyvagal-informed practices to strengthen the mind–body connection and help restore a sense of safety in your nervous system. We’ll pay attention not only to your thoughts and emotions, but also to the signals your body sends — using this awareness to build regulation, resilience, and self-trust.
I specialize in supporting individuals who are navigating:
-
Early childhood trauma/ relational trauma – including experiences of abuse, emotional neglect, inconsistency, or disconnection that can lead to deep feelings of shame, low self-worth, and difficulty trusting yourself or feeling safe in relationships.
-
Challenging or painful relationship patterns
-
Religious or spiritual deconstruction and identity shifts
-
Major life transitions such as parenthood, career changes, or relationship shifts
-
Integration following psychedelic- or ketamine-assisted therapy
I believe healing happens best within a supportive network. When helpful, I collaborate with other providers — such as bodyworkers, functional medicine practitioners, and other integrative professionals — to ensure you receive holistic, seamless care that supports your whole self: mind, body, and heart.
